Google Analytics training
On May 29-30 this year, we held another training in the Google Academy series, to which we “exposed our team” (100% of the composition). This time we expanded our knowledge and improved our skills in web analytics. Of course, the tool “on which we worked” was Google Analytics.
The training was conducted by Mariusz Michalczuk and Kamila Szklarz both from Conversion.
Day one
Traditionally, the first day was devoted to basic issues. In this case, these included the following issues:
– What is worth measuring in GA?
– Installation and proper configuration of Google Analytics
– concepts, metrics and indicators in GA
– examples of usage
Day two
The second day of training was devoted to advanced ways to use GA in web analytics. It covered the following topics:
– overview of GA’s advanced functionality
– ways of using them in practice
– tips and tricks
– How to evaluate the effectiveness of our campaigns in practice?
Impressions
The training itself was superbly prepared in terms of the selection and manner of presentation. And that both Mariusz Michalczuk and Kamila Szklarz turned out to be contactable people (despite fears that since they are analysts, they are probably not very open), it was possible to take a lot of theoretical and practical knowledge from the training.
