Personal data are processed for the purpose of carrying out advertising and marketing activities and conducting communication in social networks and other related activities on the basis of Article 6(1)(a)(f) RODO (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC). Recipients of personal data are customers and companies expressing interest in services offered by SeoFly sp. z o.o. and related entities. III. RIGHT OF ACCESS
The user has the right to supplement, update, correct personal data, temporarily or permanently suspend their processing or delete them if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or were collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. The Data Controller reserves the right to refuse to delete user data if their retention is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling claims or if required by applicable law.
